Gracias por la receta. Tomo dos infusiones diarias, pero son las preparadas por el comercio. Bueno hubo un tiempo que me hacía jengibre natural. Las vainas de cardamomo, tendría que averiguar qué son y buscarlas. Haré una prueba, aunque no pretenda pasar por beduino. Pasa que el té negro, como el café o cocacola, excitan mi sistema neurovegetativo.
