Boca Dam & Reservoir

On the Little Truckee River just above its confluence with the Truckee. Inset shows the dam and reservoir at the height of the drought 2 years ago. "Boca" means "mouth" in Spanish, and as in English the word can refer to a river mouth. Here it's referring to the mouth of the Little Truckee. In California east of the Sierra Nevada crest.
