Thanks, everyone! Rhisiart, Les: I'm standing sideways on my skis at the top of the run with the edges dug in. I skied down to this point, and continued on down after taking this pic. The grooves in the snow you can vaguely see in the foreground are from the machine that grooms (smooths off) the ski runs.
