Pure Elegance !!!!!
After I left the tea party I went to this lovely little quaint Bookshop a little gem with some old Newspapers, Posters, LP's as well as the Books some vey old a few in different languages ......
I found this wonderful what I could describe as a Magazine .. Asked permission to take a photography.
Now I wished I looked into the pages, so I will go back & hope it's still there......
Can anyone translate this in the PIP ?

Wat in de pip staat kan ik niet lezen met mijn zeer beperkte kennis van de Franse taal.
Ik vermoed dat het een beschrijving is van de benodigde stoffen, als je deze kleren zelf wilt naaien.
Veel succes........Frans.

(*) "drape", surely not the exact translation, is an old (?) woven material, finer that the "drape" of course !
(**) "berthe" : garniture in the shape of a small cape, usually lace, placed on the neckline (cleavage) of a dress or a corsage. Untranslatable!
I did go back yesterday but it was too expensive. I have a nice photo along with your translation
will Copy & Paste for to keep .....Thanks again much appreciated Eric .....Greetings !!
Have a nice day !
