... so let's see, some historical precedents: Great Wall of China, Hadrian's Wall, Maginot Line, Vietnam DMZ, Berlin Wall ... all so effective through the centuries? ... cool, so lets make a downpayment of $5 Billion(!) on a $16 Billion project (maybe with cost-overruns, and taking how long?) ... and the reason for this is what? that the Statue of Liberty is in New York harbor and not on the Rio Grande ...
