Looking back towards 'Longstone edge' - here is a Bridleway leading over open countryside from 'The Monsal trail' to the town of 'Bakewell' Derbyshire.
An unknown couple stroll along.. and in the field to the right - is a huge bull...which we passed by earlier.

Thanks H'S'... this pathway leads to the 'Monsal trail' - the old railway line now surfaced and all the way into Buxton... so there is a vast choice of distances to complete....we did 8.3 miles on the day... 'Litton' to 'Bakewell'
