Wonderful ambience here Adele, - it is a very beautiful image. Twinkling lights and lovely reflections, and I love the inviting warmth of the lighting. After your Christmas Day festivities what a nice way to end the day with a walk along by the lake. Well captured

Almeno metà della foto è occupata da zone buie: il cielo, quasi tutto il lago e le fronde degli alberi. Questo rende ancora più vivace e riuscita la resa della parte illuminata, cioè quella del paese. Le due zone sono felicemente divise da una lunga e serpeggiante passeggiata dopo la quale risplendono i lampioni, i fari delle automobili e la luce festosa con la quale sono illuminate le abitazioni. Dicevo del lago: in realtà, sulla dx. ammiriamo una incantevole "pozzanghera luminosa" che riprende i colori delle case.
Una scena serale che bene descrive l'animazione del paese per le feste natalizie con l'ottima esposizione che ci rende visibili tanti particolari di vita quotidiana.
Devo dire che questo tipo di notturna rientra particolarmente nei miei gusti personali, soprattutto quando il buio tende a circondare quelle che io chiamo "isole di luce" che, proprio per questo, ci appaiono ancora più vivaci, calde e interessanti.
