Wild garlic

I used to cook with it (in small doses as it can be mighty powerful)!

if only you could smell it Andy, very strong is such a large quantity. One of my friends from work (he is Malaysian) loves to cook with this and couldn't believe you could just come along and pick a little.

I know the smell of wild garlic woods, Elaine. We don't get them in my part of Spain (maybe in the north) and just the thought has put me almost in a Proust madeleine dream world!

I quiet like Garlic but not to much.

Further in to the woodland the garlic and bluebells are mixed together and look beautiful but I wasn't at that part today.
