Zarzalejo
Well, she can talk to anyone and for hours; she is definately a 'people-person'! But I got bored and wasn't involved in the conversation with the people on the other side of the wall (about their garden and the problems of village depopulation, both subjects of interest to me but my Spanish isn't good enough to follow conversations, or it certainly wasn't in 2012!)
So I took a couple of surreptitious shots, only she saw me take this one and she wasn't happy!

Andy Rodker club has replied to JeanNo, she saw people in the garden and just had to stop and ask them about the village and so on! We eventually got shown round their (unimpressive) garden and their (even less impressive) home.
Only on the drive back to Madrid was it explained to me that they were 2nd home owners and only came to Zarzalejo at weekends and holidays. I had assumed they were poor and struggling locals. How wrong I was!!!

I am still thinking in feet and inches despite the metric system is fully used here in Quebec for many decades.
6 feet and 3 inches = 1,91 metros // Realmente alta y atractiva tambien !
