Historically, this was a creamery, but it's been a brewery for about 15 years. I appreciate that they've kept the old sign and restored it when they bought the building. In the 1950s and 60s they had a small cafe called (guess what) The Creamery. It was THE place to go for ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes and the queen of ice cream dishes: the banana split! My favorite was a hot fudge sundae. The Klamath Creamery milkman delivered fresh milk to our house every morning. I can clearly remember the clinking of the glass bottles in their wire basket when he placed it on our porch as the sun came up.
