I heard about terrible fires also in Oregon and I hope, Klamath is not affected by them and you stay well!!!

There are a lot of "fire refugees" here because the fires are all around. Not close, so that is why people have come - some with their horses and other livestock.

I hope you are safe and well Diane......................I believe that some of the fires are fairly close to where you live if I'm reading the geography correctly (which I hope I'm not)!!

Please keep us updated.

There are two close enough so people who evacuated cam to Klamath Falls. Motels are full and so is the Fairgrounds with their horses and other livestock.

Bonjour Diane. Jean paul

Thank you so much for your concern, Jean Paul. I am fine! I do check the local news a lot. There are two smaller fires nearby, but they do not threaten Klamath Falls. Many people evacuated from them and have come her for safety. The smoke is absolutely terrible, much worse than the above photo, but today the wind changed a bit and it's better. ;-)

How is it now, Diane? The news has become bored with it in Spain which is, for obvious reasons, concentrating on the shocking increase in covid-19 figures here.
The temperatures I saw were amazing ... and in September too, not July!
