I agree.........I like the vibrant red and yellow colours!

It's obviously not a very clever guardrail...........whatever it was guarding, presumably a hosepipe, has gone..!!

It's a bit short to protect the spigot. In my opinion, it should be high enough to account for all of the enormous pickup trucks that people drive, here. As usual, no one consulted with me! ;-b
