They had it there because the real bathroom (in the vacant gas station you see) could only be opened by swiping a magnetic card like a credit card. For the few who don't have one, that is where they "go." Ugh! Good thing I have plenty of magnetic strips in my wallet!

It should be for dogs only - they don't care about awful smells. In fact, no smell is too awful for a dog! Thank you, Andy.
