talk to me - what about this makes it feel like a collage to you?

If I still made collages (real ones), I would definitely make this. Big sheets of paper, maybe some velour for the lawn and hills, small pieces of wire, metal, random white chunks for the vehicles...

okay, you've convinced me - i especially see it with the high contrast along the roof line.

;-) Oh, and there would be a little piece of orange makeup sponge for the box.

Well, it's a view of fine composition.

Ha! Thanks, John. Yes, many shots are really about the composition, aren't they?

Looking closer there's much more than nothing.-) I like the contrast between the glaring white and the dark blue sky.

Dank, Gudrun, I actually reduced the saturation and lightened the sky a little. It was one of those deep-cobalt sky days and it was too heavy looking. There was almost never such a saturated sky where I used to live (California coast).

I have to say Edward Hopper, but then I usually do.

That's OK, I never get tired of the comparison with Edward Hopper and Lauren Bacall. So, thank you!
