A ride along Loch Arklet

A ride along this remote Loch in the Trossachs is without doubt a treat. It is relatively small at just 2.5mile long and a half mile wide. Just two miles further, past the dam, in the direction of this cyclist we come to the small hamlet of Inversnaid on Loch Lomond. And yes, this is the main road -you can just make out the frequent passing places on the right hand side.

It is a really beautiful area and you have captured it perfectly Herb. Spectacular scenery and I love those main roads where the only traffic jam you get is a cow or a fewf sheep in the road!! They can be hard to budge at times though!!

Geez, Herb. This is the stuff my cycling dreams are made of! Beautifully composed, wonderful natural colors, perfectly contrasted by the bright attire of the cyclist and, of course, enough fences and low walls to please even the most demanding HFF purists!
