Frost in the valley.

It’s been cold this winter and to prove it here is a glimpse of my local valley walk. Taken just on the second day of the year, the trees are covered in hoarfrost making this scene quite different from the usual one I see. To the left is a small shallow pond that is normally full of frog spawn in the spring. The wide good path is along to my right and carries on down the valley and is quite popular with dog walkers.
