I Have often wondered should I run a film through it as Its still in 100% working condition. no where near the weight of of a Nikon full frame.

You have been In Linderhof, great! After what you wrote you prefer Linderhof to Neuschwanstein?? HFF Steve.

I have to write a reply first to you. I have been to both I can say Neuschwanstien is a great Castle to visit BUT and this is the BUT When you compare the two This wins hands down in the Garden and as an over all. Neuschwantien in its own right blows you away this was my fave as it was not just inside there is a huge outside to enjoy into the bargain. Yes this was my fav of the lot for those reasons. Remember I am a green thumb so gardens are important this wins hands down to me. HFF have a great weekend and enjoy it to the full.

I guess it's like the famous palace in Versailles: impressive to visit, but it's just too much, too golden, too rich, too huge! I prefer the Trianon castles in the park which are more a place of intimacy. By the way, the park of Versailles is truly a splendor.

Fabulous photos of this fairytale castle! I have never been there even though it's much nearer for me than for you.... hFF and a good weekend!

I would recommend you go but I can bet you would not get as many shots of the place tours where lax and I was always LAST out of the room , HFF you enjoy the weekend.
