Back Fence

Back Fence
This is our new back fence (yes there is a fence under all those leaves) as yet I have not found out what plant this is. It grabs hold of anything close to cling to and climb over. even our plants we put too close after 2 weeks the tendrils had found the plants and was trying to climb over them all. this vine is the extreme foreground of the shot of the Kookaburra.

Kookaburra Next Door

I took a small piece to the local nursery we where able to identify it as we found some there for sale.

The Plant is Pyrostegia Venusta orange Trumpet vine.

You have seen the fence before

Ghost on the Fence.

The same fence as this but for its new cloths there is only 1/4 of the fence not covered and I will be cutting some back. HFF hope that you have a great weekend.

Love the kookaburra photo… about the fence seems it is an alien trying to eradicate the new invaders, that is… you and your plants… Beware !!!

It sounds like your fence could keep you busy for some time Steve. It could be handy if you don't want to do the gardening, - just leave your tools underneath it and job done!!!!
I love the PiP of the Kookaburra. It looks like it is smiling!!
Well captured. HFF and have a lovely weekend

That fence looks a bit wild. You had better watch out for this stuff does not to attack your Bonsai.

HFF, enjoy the weekend. Herb

Steve Paxton club has replied to Herb Riddle club
it is so wild I spent a day pruning it back so I could put my bonsais any where close and then there is all the pest that appear out of no where but you know where they come from by there colour. It is going to be a real love hate relation ship and as I still have to find out what this is to know just what I am dealing with.

HFF a very busy weekend planned.

Yes, that vine certainly has taken over the fence. Looking at the flowering in the link, I'm fairly sure I've seen it in some places here.
