I was out side try to make head or tail of plate Solving that does not work when this flock/group flew in. Using the 600mm lens the cut the flower off hold it in there foot and lick the flower stems much the same way we eat a sweet corn then throw the flower away the ground is littered with them

Natures litter bug at the height of the season the ground under these trees is ball of red flowers all over the ground but there must be enough to survive from . Very big birds and very high screech you just cant miss they are there.

They also fly out of the hill when its bad weather up there they tend to come down to the coast. Certainly first time I have seen the this close more flying over us.
