Emu Sitting on a tree. 2016

Emu Sitting on a tree. 2016
I have spent my clouded nights redoing and looking back at old photos shot from the very start to the present. this is a two shot horizontal vertical Panorama From Sullivan Rock. from my early days as a astro photographer and full of dreams. Stars and silhouettes works so well. It was cold but clear....

Sami Serola (inactive), Berny, Andy Rodker, Erhard Bernstein and 8 other people have particularly liked this photo

Hi Steve

Beautiful picture. Certainly the tree shapes put it all into perspective!
I do wish we had clear skies occasionally!!

Best Wishes, and a good weekend.

You can see why I took the shot and I think the trees as silhouettes add to the stars no end. been very rare this year clear skies.

We have a rare cloud free night so I will go out to get the last of the years bows but I get on a bus next day for a trip away for 4 days up north into clouds...... I know herb has had a few but its being willing to move as soon as you see it. I will go on my own so its a place not too complicated straight out of the car.

All the best from down under.
