Lovely bike, Steve. I started riding bikes at 16yrs... Royal Enfield, and BSA.... then in later years 1980's - 90's I rode BMW's great fun. Haven't been on a bike for some years now... but still miss it at times... YS... John.

This is a country made for bikes the wide open spaces i was never home i was out some where some 200000 km on this bike. the last crash was the one that hurt the most and why i have not owned another bike . i do miss it on fine days just to ride and enjoy real freedom and not be in a tin Can. the down side the camera gear i carry i could not do by bike thats the trade. where i felt most at home. that is some pedigree you come from i know my own father had a Royal Enfield and a Triumph.

Hi Steve

Thank you so much for posting this one. A very early Goldwing, and how different they look now! I am getting very tempted to dig out pics of my old bikes, which are of course pre-digital era..(and lacking any kind of photographic ability!)

Best Wishes, and a Good Weekend
