I took a look at the camera you use...IMPRESSIVE! Years ago I moved up from a Canon superzoom to my beloved Canon 5D MkII and am also using my husband's newer MkIII mostly now. It was a ferocious battle because I ADORE all-in-one cameras with a PASSION. I tried so HARD to get DSLR quality out of that super zoom. The experience made me a much better photographer but in the end I was just ANGRY because I wanted bokeh in my macros and I was sick of the horrendous aberrations in the zoom shots. I'm overjoyed to be a DSLR user now with experience and know-how on the various lenses, but behind it all, I still keep my eyes open. Some day there would be a bridge camera with the quality I require.
WELL WELL WELL...looky what we have here?! Your camera is that one!!! This makes me so happy to discover that finally the sensor is a reasonable size, though still not full size.
I'll certainly be keeping an eye on your series of camera, it would be an ideal choice for international travel! :)
