Le Ragondin (Myocastor coypus) ici une femelle avec un de ses petits derrière elle
Le Ragodin est une espèce de mammifères de la famille des Myocastoridae, la seule espèce actuelle du genre Myocastor. Ce gros rongeur, originaire d'Amérique du Sud, est introduit en Asie, Afrique orientale, Amérique du Nord, Europe au XIXe siècle pour l'exploitation de sa fourrure bon marché. Tous les individus présents dans ces régions proviennent à l'origine d'évasions ou de lâchés volontaires.
