Im Juli 2013 sollte das seit 2001 im Dornröschenschlaf liegende Gelände des ehemaligen Ost-Berliner Vergnügungsparks versteigert werden
( Mindestgebot: 1,3 Millionen Euro).
Einzige Auflage: bis 2060 darf hier im Plänterwald nichts anderes als wieder ein Vergnügungspark errichtet werden.
August 2013: Die Versteigerung ist gescheitert. Die Stadt Berlin kauft das Grundstück 2014 zurück. Neue Wendungen bleiben abzuwarten.
