Pretty much so! ;-) Great find...they're quite rare in Germany, but I happened to come across one like that in Baden-Baden.

It has been very well looked after! I wonder how many CR post boxes will appear, as there are not so many letters sent by post these days. A lovely shot though Amelia. Nice slate grey wall.

A lovely find Amelia.............a beautiful Victorian post box and obviously very well looked after. I wonder if it's still in use as there is none of th e usual information on the front?

A fantastic looking dry-stone wall too (or should it be called dry-slate)?

I don't think this box has ever been in use. The wall is new and the box looks far too new, ans as you say, there is no information regarding collection times. It does look quite nice though.

Very nice Amelia. As Keith said there is no PO pick up info on the box so probably just a preserved example.

I like this picture very much!
It is a very different and exciting composition.
I have passed there many times and never seen it before. In the same vain as Pete and Keith have said, I am suspicious. The stone wall is not homogeneous in the region of the box, which suggests a more modern rebuild..
Fantastic colours though.
