I can't believe I missed your trauma postings - it's probably because I've been going through my own and haven't been on ipernity very much at all. I'm just glad to see that you are making progress. I am healing my left wrist (which had a plate and 8 screws put in it after breaking and surgery to keep stuff in place - but no wires to remove), but I am right handed. At least having to use your right hand is good for your brain! The therapy is indeed painful, isn't it. It really is 'no pain, no gain'. Sigh. But at least it is for the good.

I will try to keep better updated on your well being. peace, laura

Hi Laura..sorry I didn't know about your trauma either. We have both been through the wars haven't we? You are right, no pain means no gain....so we battle on lol.
