This was the view from my bedroom window this morning. My home sort of faces south, but you can see the east from the front and west from the back at this time of year. ..............
I was really pleased to see how pretty the dawn was, but those clouds scuttered over the sky just after I took this shot and we've had thick cloud covering ever since.
Boy is it cold today!! I've had to light the coal fire earlier than usual today, but I'm still chilly. Methinks I'll stay in this one room, except for the odd excursion into the kitchen to get refreshments. Boo has found the fires very nice as you can see...........
and then she comes onto my couch for a stroke............
and I realise how like Pippin she looks. In fact I do have to be careful to check who's on their way out the door, because she's not allowed out incase she doesn't come back and boy I couldn't face Mandi if anything happened to her.....................
Here she is infront of the fire and she does like being there, she moves away when it gets a tad too hot for her.
She's also quite interested in Pippin's toy, and sometimes bats the ball to run up and down the tube, but then leaves it alone til the next time.
Have got some old friends of my brother coming round in a minute, so I'll see you all later.
