The author makes her incessant writing a redundant and vital act, in the systematic search for silence that pacifies and puts her to sleep.
It's not that her life, that of others, and the environments surrounding her don't add frequent emotions to her skin (the music is recurrent), but the bitterness is perenial, and also the astonishement of still being alive.
It's just that pain, for Leonora, flows from the taste of the fruits.

Mais um livro de uma das melhores vozes poéticas portuguesas.
A autora faz da sua incessante escrita um acto redundante e vital, na procura sistemática do silêncio que a pacifique e adormeça.
Não é que a sua vida, a dos outros, e os ambientes que a rodeiam não lhe acrescentem frequentes emoções à flor da pele (a música é recorrente), mas a amargura é perene, e também o espanto de contiuar viva.
É que a dor, para a Leonora, flui do sabor dos frutos.

A autora faz da sua incessante escrita um acto redundante e vital, na procura sistemática do silêncio que a pacifique e adormeça.
Não é que a sua vida, a dos outros, e os ambientes que a rodeiam não lhe acrescentem frequentes emoções à flor da pele (a música é recorrente), mas a amargura é perene, e também o espanto de contiuar viva.
É que a dor, para a Leonora, flui do sabor dos frutos.
