o0o without a doubt the colours on offer in those days were
definitely limited ... and now with all that is on offer we see many
silver ... hard to be seen they say ... and many black ones and
red ... it seems everything goes round in a circle ;-) the old ones
are the best don't you reckon ;-) stand the test of time ... ! oOo

Naturally nice to see, but the Dauphine and the R4L appear to be crashing someone else's party!
If I recall correctly, the Dauphine only survived a few winters in the UK, due to the salt on the roads.

Thanks, Neil. We cast a wide net at these events and also welcome any mechanical descendants and derivatives of the 4CV. Both the Dauphine (indeed rust-prone, I've heard the grade of steel was at fault) and the R4L shared extensive componentry with the 4CV.
