How many miles of this 630 mile walk have you covered, Rosa? It looks very organised in this area. I hope you have avoided the worst of the dreadful flooding in the south-west of the country.
Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Amelia club
Quite a few but not all in one go ;-) As we are in South Somerset, and on the border with Wiltshire and Dorset, we have escaped the flooding. In fact we haven't had any thunder or lightening at all. I have seen on the news what Minehead and north Devon have had, poor things.

I love the curve of the fence, Rosa. I love the way the fence and its shadow act as lead-in lines to take the eye to the figures and onto the horizon. Cheers, Joe

A nice sea view and the rail with shadow completes the composition.

So once I did some steps on this path... at the high coast in Dorset during a travel stop in Swanage (in March 1989!!)

Thank you for bringing back memories of a beautiful journey
I made a long time ago.

Hi Rosa
A wonderful and interesting picture, which I like very much!
I didn't walk any of it on this occasion, but it did make me think. How long is the coastline of Britain? And particularly, how did they measure the length of this path..?

Best Wishes, a nice week ahead, and stay safe!!

Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Peter_Private_Box club
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your kind comment and I am pleased you like this picture.
It is probably the easiest stretch of the whole South West Coast Path, which I
am very grateful for now ;-)) I have in the past walked a lot of it in Devon and
parts of Cornwall and enjoyed it immensely.
I will now take a look at your link.
Best wishes,
Rosa.

Wishing you a nice evening, my friend

Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Adele club
Thank you dear Adele. Yes I always enjoy this stretch of the path. There are a lot of steep steps down to it and along the way, so it is more difficult to walk back on it.
Best wishes my friend and a happy Wednesday.

A fine fenced curve here Rosa. We met a couple the other day at Minehead, apparently one of the ends of this very long path, who had just completed the whole 630 miles. (Over a year or two, I believe)

Best wishes. Herb

Must be so good to be able to complete sections of this coastal path. I grew up in England, living there for 29 years, had a few holidays in the UK, but mostly travelled overseas, so didn't get to see enough of my own country... Lovely to see your photos.
Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Gillian Everett club
Thank you Gillian. We have made it our mission to visit more of our country in recent years and been to counties like Shropshire and Herefordshire that have been amazing. Last year we went to north Yorkshire and loved it. My passport ran out last year. I must renew it :-)
I have walked quite a lot of the south west path, but not all in one go :-))
