When I saw 'West Bay' in the title, Rosa, I thought you had been to North Berwick. The architecture of your West Bay is very beautiful and colourful, In the second photograph, the figures are spread out perfectly to make your composition very effective. Cheers, Joe

Well composed image Rosa............I like the houses on the right hand side especially the two really colourful ones..........and a pub on the end, I think.

I'm guessing that the larger buildings have all been converted to residential accommodation, they look quite attractive and I bet there are some great views from the higher floors.

Yes it's a pub at the end of the houses Keith. The larger building has always been flats. A lot of the new apartments and flats along the promenade are of a more modern design.

Thank you for your kind comments and I'm pleased you like the PiP. They were soon off to sea and at quite a speed when out far enough. I'd probably feel sea sick, but with your former occupation, I'm sure you wouldn't ;-))

Thank you Edna. It's more of a coastal village that grew up away from the town of Bridport really. A popular TV series called 'Broadchurch' was filmed there....another detective story :-)) I'm sure if you were there you could help solve any crime ;-))
