Well worth the walk Rosa..............well for us anyway :-)) This is such a beautiful woodland scene.

I just love the light and dappled shadows and the blue sky and clouds are gorgeous. I also like the carpet of fallen leaves in the foreground.

Oh dear, isn't that a sweet name :-) Dearer than deer ;-)) And I do hope you'll get to see some of that dear deer on your next walk, Rosa. I used to live close to a forest and I often saw deer on my walks there. They were used to people, so they weren't shy at all and didn't run away. They were really cute :-)

But what a place to stop Rosa!! This is so beautiful. Lovely light and shade and the well placed logs provide somewhere to rest and drink in that beautiful scenery. (Maybe not for me though - I don't think I could get up again!!!)
