Thank you John. I don't know how long the coastal path is but probably a lot further than I walked ;-))

A super shot of this very attractive building Rosa............the colours and details and just perfect and I especially like that awesome looking sky!

The obelisk in the PiP looks stunning against the sky and the foreground grasses are really lovely with a great sense of movement.

Fantastic work!

The contrast between curved and straight lines makes this a very pleasing composition, Rosa. Cheers, Joe

A very modern building is it a slipway launch ? the obelisk looks as though it might have been extended does it commemorate something

I don't know much about the launching Peter, but there was a tractor type vehicle there with something on the front....as you can tell, I'm no expert ;-)) Yes the obelisk commemorates the opening of the Millennium Coastal Path of Carmarthenshire. I think it is as it was originally in 2000.

An excellent capture Rosa and I salute the bravery of those who man these boats.

Me too Jeff. I expect you saw the saving of two young teenage boys on the local news, after they had jumped of the pier and got into difficulty.

Good shot of the Station Rosalyn, I always like to see the life boat service bought to the publics attention, they deserve the recognition.

Fine shot of this striking lifeboat station Rosa, They seem to be replacing a lot of the old buildings at the moment, both Scarborough and Whitby have acquired new ones in the past few years. I like the obelisk reaching for the clouds, a very nice capture. I read somewhere that Wales is the only country in the world that has a path along the entire length of it's coast, quite a walk!

Thank you for your kind comments Doug. I have also noticed there are many new stations in Dorset and Devon. Interesting information about the coastal path....and I thought I walked a lot of it ;-))
All the best, Rosa.

Hi Rosa

Superb colours in the sky. Did you have a grad filter on?

I haven't been to the Gower for a long time, so thank you for sharing!

Best Wishes,
Peter

Hi Peter,

Yes I did have a filter on the main picture. It was my first visit to the Gower and I thought it was beautiful and will definitely be visiting again.

Thank you for your visit and kind comments.

Best wishes, Rosa.
