Anlässlich der 40. Ausgabe von "JazzAscona" im Jahr 2025 präsentiert die Stadt eine Open-Air-Strassenkunstausstellung unter dem Titel "Jazz Off The Wall".
Im Rahmen des Projekts werden vierzig vom Künstler Yuri Catania geschaffene Paste-Up-Werke auf dem Stadtplatz und im historischen Teil der Gemeinde zu sehen sein.

Das Jazz Festival selber ist eher in einem kleineren Rahmen, etwas abseits der inzwischen grossen, überbezahlten Riesenfestivals.

Montreux ist natürlich eine andere Hausnummer. Aber kleine Festivals sind oft viel persönlicher.

Ja, das stimmt! Ich war früher ein paar Mal in Montreux, aber heute kann man das fast nicht mehr bezahlen, die Tickets sind schnell weg und es ist immer proppenvoll.
