Not edible but they look good enough to eat. Sophie has a bag full of crystals like this. The light on them is really lovely and they shine beautifully. I'm not sure about the background colour. Did you try other colours? I'm thinking one of the colours in the grey stone. It's still a beautifully photographed still life though Keith :-)

Very pretty colourful stones, Keith! How about putting the stones in a relatively shallow glass bowl, filling it up with water and letting some flowers float in it.

Our house is full of "stuff" that we have accumulated since moving here many years ago and we are in the process of clearing it all out. Some of it I hold back to use as photographic subjects. I too am also amazed at the amount :-)))

These are really beautiful and someone who makes jewellry would love these. I just love the variety of colours that are there.

Jenny, my wife used to make silver jewellery..........many years ago........she still has a lot of the tools and equipment (which are now very old). I think that's probably why we had the stones.

These are lovely, Keith! I used to make polished stone jewelry years ago. It was all the go then. Most of what I had left was stolen, but I still have a few.
