Arlington Memorial Amphitheater is an open theater located at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington County Virginia. It was completed in 1920. It is used for Veterans Day and Memorial Day events, as well as memorial services and funerals. My favorite combination of foods is the traditional Thanksgiving dfinner. I like it so much, I cook it again in May and that equals the same meal twice a year, spaced six months apart. Of course I had to give it a name, so in May it becomes "Turko de Mayo" instead of "Thanksgiving." Since I don't mind eating leftovers, this food will last me about two weeks. When the mashed potatoes, green beans and other side dishes run out, I take the remaining turkey and make a big pot of turkey vegetable soup. I definitely get my money's worth out of this food.
