Picolata (#0340)

I noticed this particular situation quite often during my travels – what appeared to be relatively new boats at the end of docks where significant portions of the docks were impassable. While I saw this in multiple places around the state, there’s a chance that this particular situation is due to Hurricane Matthew back in 2016 which closed bridges and roadways in the area for multiple days.
