There's a good graded road that goes along the Snake on the Oregon side all the way up to Oregon 84. For your list-- ;) Weiser is locally pronounced "weezer", for whatever reason.

I took that road just a few years ago, it was a gorgeous trip.

It's an interesting question re why so many people are taking so many pictures. Clearly the change in technology makes a big difference, but it also seems there's just a greater feeling of needing to document. I suspect some of that is due to our senses of community are less local now.
