That looks about right. The oarsman should still be wearing a flotation device, tho! It looks like a private trip because those in the front are wearing what look like water-ski vests.

Update: Maybe he's also got a ski vest under the splash jacket. I say this looks like a private trip because nearly always the commercial companies use those bulky orange life vests.
