Palmetto, NV (0062)
Palmetto never did particularly well (see the plaque) and had apparently been mostly a tent city. The foundation down near the road was the farthest the ruins exteded to the west.

There are probably a few, but the snakes are much more abundant where there's some water (and hence rodents) around. I saw lots more rattlesnakes in eastern Washington than I've seen in Nevada.

Never thought about that, but snakes were much more common in rural Florida when I was a child.
