From the Cliff Shelf Nature Trail just north of the Cedar Pass ranger station. The trail consists of paths and very well-constructed stairs and ramps that take you up the side of a cliff, providing a spectacular view. When I was there the trail was very lightly used.

I imagine the park's quite different feeling in the winter, just have to get some cleats.
