Plaque dedicating the Bisbee Copper Miner monument. Per The Living New Deal website, the artist was paid by the Federal Relief Agency, part of the New Deal, to create the sculpture. A Bisbee native posed for the sculpture, which is made of concrete covered with a thin layer of copper.
