Cave Creek Canyon, AZ139a

About 60 miles northeast of Douglas is Chiricahua National Monument, a seldom-visited park with dramatic rock formations and good hiking opportunities. I've no pictures of Chiricahua since the time I visited (with a friend), he was taking pictures and I took none. Near Chiricahua is the Cave Creek Canyon area of the Coronado National Forest. The area appears to have good hiking trails and relatively empty campgrounds. This picture is from the area.
