Norfolk Green 312 (YJ09 EZU) in Hunstanton - 10 Aug 2009 (DSCN3321)

Monday 10 August 2009 (1508) – Norfolk Green (Go-West Travel Ltd) Optare Solo 312 (YJ09 EZU) seen in Hunstanton Bus Station. It had arrived from Kings Lynn as the 1425 service 35 and about to continue as the 1510 ‘Coasthopper’ service to Cromer (due 1700) via Wells-next-the-Sea. It is one of six new similar buses added to the fleet in early 2009 which sport a revised ‘Coasthopper’ livery.

Each bus carries the name of a person who has lived on or near the Norfolk coast and 312 is named Sylvia Townsend Warner, after the novelist and poet who once lived at Salthouse, a village on the ‘Coasthopper’ route.
