Stagecoach United Counties 116 (VLT 255) (ex B357 KNH) and 107 (F107 NRT) at Showbus, Duxford – 22 Sep 1996 (329-23)

Sunday 22 September 1996 – Stagecoach United Counties coaches on display at Showbus, Duxford. Both carry the Coachlinks name which was used for a network of express and limited stop services operated within the UCOC area and to some places further afield.

Left: 116 (VLT 255) is a Duple Laser 2 bodied Leyland Tiger that had been new to Stagecoach Malawi in November 1985. When it came back to Britain it was assigned registration number B357 KNH. It now carried registration number VLT 255 which was originally carried by London Routemaster RM255.

Right: 107 (F107 NRT) is a Plaxton Paramount 3500 II bodied Volvo B10M new to Paul Burton Coaches of Bury St. Edmunds in August 1988. (Click on box top left for 'Photo in Photo').
