Beestons NEV 678M at Bury St. Edmunds – 19 Jun 1993

Saturday 19 June 1993 - Beeston’s (Hadleigh) Limited Leyland National NEV 678M was new as Eastern National Omnibus Company 1721 in September 1973. Seen on Angel Hill, Bury St. Edmunds just prior to departing for Sudbury. Before the building of the bus station in St. Andrew’s Street North, Angel Hill had been the starting point for most of the services operated by a fair number of different independent coach and bus operators.
