Im Bild (und PIP) eine Braune Tageule (Euclidia glyphica), die für einen Nachtschmetterling außergewöhnlich bunt gefärbt ist. Des Rätsels Lösung: Diese Eulenart fliegt tagsüber, sodass die gezeigten Farben (erdige Farbtöne) sehr gut zur Tarnung dienen können. Die Raupen sind unauffällig gefärbt und nachtaktiv.
