A small mining bee, an Andrena sp. I think seen at Venus Bank, Shropshire. This was the only shot I managed of this species today.

An awful picture of a beautiful little shieldbug, but its mainly for the record and the only picture I managed. If it is Legnotus picipes (The Heath Shieldbug) then I think it may be a first for Shropshire, but there is a also a good chance I'm wrong and it is Legnotus limbosus a much more common species.
