Such beautiful architecture..........which looks great in the sunshine. I like the colour and texture of the facade and the glass cube on top is just remarkable. Nice to see the people in the frame for scale.

I like both of these photos and I can't pick a favourite. The image in the PiP shows the cube just a little better due to the darker sky I think.

I read your reply to Joe (above).........it's a sad sign of the times when we have to have such heavy security around a place of worship :-(

It is indeed a drama that such high security is needed:-(
We have bollards in town centres so Christmas markets and other gatherings are safe(r) from cars driving in. Some neighbourhood street festivals have given up because they cannot finance the security measures.

t's getting a bit like that here as well..........it's very sad..!!

so so, Gudrun, dann hat's dich nach München verschlagen. Ein interessanter Bau mit guter architektonischer Gestaltung. Warst du auch drinnen? Erst vor kurzem war ich wieder im Museum und habe die Sonderausstellung "Die Dritte Generation" angeschaut. Anschließend haben wir gegenüber im Einstein gegessen.

Schönen Dank, Hubs! Für drin oder das Museum hat's leider nicht gereicht, ich "musste" noch in die Oper;-)
