Thank you, Esther! There was only a sprikling of new snow, most of this has been piled up all winter by the snow ploughs.

Not sure you need another comment on this gorgeous picture, but there's just something about snow light that makes me (almost) wish I still in a place that has real winters. But then, what comes after the snow is not so pretty ....

Thanks very much, Sarah! I had to travel to the far north to see snow, in SW Germany we hardly had any winter:-( Maybe a bit of snow on a few mornings which had turned into slush or melted by noon....
